Product returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before returning any products. In order to request an RA, you may do so by Emailing and requesting an RA number.

Unopened physical merchandise in like-new packaging is subject to a 15% (ten percent) fee. BurstaSpeed is not responsible for the cost of shipping or installation fees.

Returns Not Accepted in Certain Circumstances:

Please note, under the following circumstances returns will not be accepted, even if an RA was issued: product packaging is missing, merchandise has been used or damaged, or if more than 30 days have passed since the invoice date.
The Bootloader is covered for 6 months, or 10,000 miles (whichever occurs first) and is limited to the bootloader only. BurstaSpeed does not cover any hardware failure beyond the bootloader. Installing the BurstaSpeed Bootloader may void your factory warranty on transmission components. In the event of a failure, BurstaSpeed may replace or repair the bootloader unit at their discretion. BurstaSpeed is not responsible for labour costs associated with install or removal.
